"Galicia" had no administrative meaning in 1957. "Francoist Spain" is not a former country. If you want to do "formatting" in the infobox, find consensus under the premises of actual policies ("The use of infoboxes is neither required nor prohibited for any article. Whether to include an infobox, which infobox to include, and which parts of the infobox to use, is determined through discussion and consensus among the editors at each individual article"), not "perceived" standards which do not exist.
