Ow and sorry for the long entry, but it's to clarify why (1) it's dutch for young, (2) why the dutch word for young refers to a liquor, (3) it doesn't refer to the aging, but to the age of the recipe and (4) to clarify why one shouldn't (and i didn't) just translate it with gin.
