[edit]- Hi, I am press officer for Lord Marland in the Department of Energy and Climate Change. As such I did not want to directly edit the page since however I wanted to suggest a few minor factual ammendments, which are as follows
- Under Business Intests Lord Marland founded "Jubilee" not Appleclaim. Also since he is now a minister he has had to surrender his directorships. So he was formerly chairman of Herriot Ltd; he was Chairman of Harnham Water Meadows Trust, and he was vice president of the Churchill Society.
- I'm not sure what the process is for updating these pages but grateful fir any guidance. Many thanks.

- I can't think why anyone should object to you improving the factual accuracy of this article, especially if you can give references for the facts. The dates during which he held particular offices would be a great improvement. There's a whole load more listed in Who's Who, but I don't have time to edit this article myself, at the moment. What is not going to be acceptable to WP editors is any spinning or puffing or deletion of unfavourable factual statements. Thanks for your interest. Vernon White . . . Talk 21:50, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Is the Theresa Marriot who has contributed a number of edits to this article the same as the Staff Member, Theresa Marriott, listed in the Register of Interests on member of the House of Lords for Lord Marland [1]? Vernon White . . . Talk 17:07, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
