Don't think its correct that he was born in NZ, have an idea it may have been sydney. I may be wrong but it's worth checking out The previous unsigned comment was added by User:144.138.18.158 Blarneytherinosaur 06:37, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I was incorrect in saying that his family migrated to Melbourne. Jon Faine did live in Sydney before coming to Melbourne, but he is originally from New Zealand. I have heard him say on air that he was born in the South Island of New Zealand, if not in Dunedin, certainly very near there (I am from that part of the world and was surprised that he was from the same area). By all means feel free to check this out yourself and add your findings to the article. Blarneytherinosaur 06:37, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
