Williamsport Crosscutters

[edit]

Hi Dincher, if you check this link [1], which is referenced in article, it lists Reder as a Crosscutters player. I know the Williamsport Crosscutters article says the team was formed in 1994. However the team website linked has history going back further then that. Not sure why this is. Djln --Djln (talk) 00:18, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sadly, I do not know much about the Greys or the Bills or the Cubs. I replied to Djln on his/her talk page too. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 03:20, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • I am sure that Reder played for a minor league team in Williamsport. It could not have been the Crosscutters and was most likey the Williamsport Grays. Perhaps you or I could write an article about the Grays or the history of baseball in Williamsport. I will leave things as they are for now. Dincher (talk) 02:42, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi I saw this on DIncher's talk page and thought I'd butt in ;-) The Crosscutters list lots of players that played for other, older Williamsport minor league baseball teams (that existed before the Crosscutters were founded) on their history page. See Williamsport Mets for one such team with an article here - there are others that do not have articles. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 03:03, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
