Orphaned references in Johnny Curtis

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Johnny Curtis's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "DGUSA":

  • From Kenny Dykstra: "Ken Doane". Dragon Gate USA. Retrieved 2009-07-25.
  • From Bryan Danielson: "Bryan Danielson". Dragon Gate USA. Retrieved 2009-07-25.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 22:15, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Johnny CurtisFandango (wrestler) – 4.9 million Google results for Fandango wrestler compared to 0.5 million for "Johnny Curtis". Mainstream exposure under this name via itunes. McPhail (talk) 21:27, 10 April 2013 (UTC) McPhail (talk) 21:27, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comment. I normally just move these the same as when women get married or divorced and change names. If the move is reverted then you can seek consensus. I don't think this is a controversial move so someone can just move it unless you get an oppose in the next while.--Canoe1967 (talk) 21:46, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
 Done--Canoe1967 (talk) 07:43, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
My screw up. Since it exists as a redirect then we need admin to move it. I tried the other title as a test and now it is stuck there because Johnny Curtis exists as a redirect now. Sorry.--Canoe1967 (talk) 23:59, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I put a request in at the admin notice board.--Canoe1967 (talk) 00:14, 12 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

His entrance

[edit]

Um, the dance he and his partner (not a ballerna) do when they enter the arena and make their way to the ring is not a ballet dance. It's a (get this)...fandango. Sigh. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Terralthra (talkcontribs) 19:56, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

His current manager!

Although she hasn't been named yet on-screen, maybe she could be listed as his current manager under his list of managers.78.148.102.115 (talk) 12:09, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's now Summer Rae.78.148.102.138 (talk) 02:43, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Support: I'd support this. I don't know how others feel. Let's wait a few days to get some more input, possibly some more feedback and information. A question I have is what is the name of the woman who has accompanied him to the ring the most? If Summer Rae is to be mentioned then the other woman should be mentioned as well but I'm unable to figure out who she is. Does anyone have any information on this woman's name?
