Mr McDougall with the help of conservative government all but killed the research in all NRC facilities with the exception of the Algae project; he managed to sink the innovation and employees moral to the lowest level ever at NRC by leaving the organization at the mercy of corporations to indicate the direction of research and taking away all the elements of a pleasant work place I hope that he will soon be replaced and goes to police his own company.
