[edit]Since when are NASA news releases copyrighted ? This is US government text. If this is correct you can rewrite all NASA astronaut biographies, which are copies of the NASA bios. Hektor 05:30, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

Speedy deletion
[edit]This article does not fulfill the criteria asset. The former Program Manager of a major NASA program (X-38) and former Lead Engineer of the SPace Shuttle Program is not non notable or vanity.
