Vote for pic
[edit]Ok we have had some arguments about which picture should be used, personally I like the curent opening shot. Which one do you think is the best pic, to me now I don't think hair really matters, but that's my opinion so I'm gonna go with the current opening shot. P.J. (talk) 07:39, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
- LOL, did you just say that the hair doesn't matter?? That's amusing, because in your comment here the haircut seemed to be very important to you when you updated the latest Rex Balsom image, and the difference there was very slight. The only reason you are pushing this photo is because it is the latest one, and your compulsion to update any and all photos whenever a new one appears (and regardless of how they actually look) is well-documented, and also noted in that comment I provided above.
- That said, I congratulate your willingness to put this to a vote, and I will of course submit to the consensus of a decent-sized group. — TAnthonyTalk 08:06, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
Top/Newer image
[edit]- Yes - Onelifefreak2007 (P.J.)
Bottom/Older image
[edit]- Yes - The sole purpose of an image in a character article is to identify what the character looks like. Yeah, he's got the same face in both pics so it doesn't really matter, but he just currently doesn't resemble the other pic, with that ugly haircut. — TAnthonyTalk 08:06, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yes - I'm basing this solely on clarity and quality. The other picture has a glare from the background lights and this one seems more clear. I'm not sure if either of you has done this, but a note at WikiProject Soap Operas might generate more opinions. --AniMatetalk 01:18, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
This "vote" has been scrapped due to the indefinite block of its initiator, and one image's removal by admin AniMate.— TAnthonyTalk 21:18, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
Relationship with Natalie Buchanan
[edit]Due to repeated edits moving Natalie to the spouse section of John's infobox, please take this opportunity to discuss if this is reliable information. It is my belief they were engaged once but never married, and I cannot find any sources that say otherwise. I am reverting the edits for now. Kelly Marie 0812 (talk) 11:24, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
I agree, they never stated that they were married.Caringtype1 (talk) 15:08, 13 October 2012 (UTC) There was no wedding.Donalds (talk) 03:22, 3 April 2013 (UTC)
