This article is really badly written and could do with a clean-up.

I'm also staggered that a producer who has been involved in so many massive albums has such a small Wikipedia entry.195.188.218.29 08:46, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, it's not terribly well written. A for effort though. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.16.99.192 (talk) 21:04, August 23, 2007 (UTC)

John Leckie produced, engineered and arranged the latest Bellowhead album, Hedonism at Studio 2, Abbey Road. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.77.159 (talk) 16:19, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comments from John

[edit]

This article has been a disgrace for years. Does anyone fancy cleaning it up? The subject is important and deserves a better article. --John (talk) 17:05, 27 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Well, no response in almost a month. I am going to try improving the article. I've trimmed it down to the existing referenced content and will add more from sources. --John (talk) 23:42, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Here we are another month on and I am ready to have a shot. I have been in touch with the subject and he has sent me some very decent sources, press scans and the like. If anybody is interested and would like to help me I can upload them somewhere. If not I plan to start rewriting this article substantially in the next week. If anyone else has anything they can bring to the table, I will be very grateful. --John (talk) 20:11, 2 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Autumn 2016 update

[edit]

Update by User:Bliberdeeboo says change of biographical links needs to be done by consensus. Since no-body has updated this page properly in years until my recent update (which included many original links but not those in question because that information could be obtained elsewhere in a less obtrusive manner), let's talk about it here and achieve consensus.
