Copyright violation

I just noticed that a substantial part of the article seems to have been copied verbatim from a document published by the Diboll History Center here. This article is clearly before the Wikipedia edits (article existed September 2012 while the first edit here was in January 2013. The use policies for the History Center does say that non-profit organizations can use content with no charge, but that it may also be covered by US copyright.
