Unneeded citations

C class. It will be promoted to B class when the following issue is fixed. It is not necessary to cite every sentence when a group of sentences can be cited from the same source. There were 5 "Heathcote1" citations in paragraph 1 of Early career. They have been re-edited to 2 citations. Please review the updated version to see how it is done, then please fix other paragraphs with the same problem. Thanks.
