Genealogical trivia

WP:NOTGENEALOGY can be reasonably understood to limit the degree to which Wikipedia articles contain trivial genealogical information. To be included, it should not only be true, but be a significant aspect of that person's identity, as demonstrated by the information being featured in independent biographical sources that cover them. This is not satisfied by lineage society paperwork, which give no indication the connection is a noteworthy aspect of their biography. Agricolae (talk) 23:42, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
