Incorrect Reference

- Thanks for being attentive! The linked version of the Vanity Fair article has several pages - one would have needed to click the little red "Next" button in the bottom right. I have now linked the single page view of the article to avoid this kind of problem. For the record, the cited part says:
- According to Dyson and the professor who ran the seminar, Harold Feiveson, Phillips’s design would not have worked. But functionality was not really the point; it was a political statement, and a grand one.
