Before removing maintenance tags from any article, the problem(s) indicated on the tag(s) need to be addressed. This article has exactly one source while the rest of the content remains unsourced. Obviously, more sources are needed hence the Refimprove tag. There's no reason why the tag should be removed unless reliable sources are added to the article and the content is sufficiently sourced, especially with a WP:BLP.
