Not seeing how this musician is notable, per WP:NMUSIC or WP:BIO. Claims that he "represented" India at various events or in various countries appear to mean he performed there and is Indian, not that he officially represented his country. Giving lessons in another country is different than representing your nation there in an official capacity. Other claims are unclear and uncited. PRODding first as an alternative to listing for AfD.
