Have had a hack through this and hope it is now sufficiently NPOV etc. I've therefore removed the multiple issues tags, though it's worth noting that the original source of the information was still obviously a close connection (all I have done is a copy edit job), and clearing the weird citations means some of the info has now been left uncited.
