Jim Romenesko ran the Starbucks Gossip site from 2004 to 2013 and some time after that the domain expired and was taken over by an entirely other entity interested in benefiting from that domain's popularity under its previous ownership. The previous link (which I replaced) linked to the domain which sent the user to the site unrelated from Romenesko. I altered it to link to the correct Typepad site. This makes the most sense to me and is more effective in terms of referring to the source over linking to the Wayback archive of the site from that time. He also fully retired in 2016 and I plan to fix the listing of both his main and the Starbucks site as active .
