The section "Jewish population by towns and villages as a percentage of total population" is basically nonsensical
[edit]This section of the article needs some serious work. It seems like it was started as a list of "towns and villages" (terms which should be clarified/defined) that were started as specifically Jewish settlements but has somehow grown to include any random city that is somehow associated with Jews. For example, how could San Jose, California possibly be considered a "Jewish town or village"? The given reference doesn't support it, either. Same goes for New York and many of the other larger cities in the list.
The information of what percentage of population of a place is Jewish is certainly notable, but the formatting of the list and inclusion criteria is nonsensical. Vontheri (talk) 21:57, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
The listed Jewish population for Israeli cities are for city proper, not metropolitan areas as the article states
[edit]The cities in the Gush Dan area are listed separately from Tel Aviv, for example. LivinAWestLife (talk) 20:21, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
