Thank you both for your replies. I am Jerry Mahony and that is why I am so frustrated with the content of the information, being 62 I am also not very computer literate. My problem is that the information is not correct and also very incomplete, for example I did not start truck racing first, I had my first truck race after a seasons racing. I do understand that you need to have accurate information, but it is 30 years since I raced and to find places where the information could be verified is difficult.If for example you were to come round to my house then I could verify the information, that is why I gave you my email address so you could contact me to verify that it is me making these amendments. I've removed the unsourced sentence about truck racing before cars. Do you have any links to news stories or other reliable websites? The current article is in poor shape, but we really need some sort of accessible source to work from. Alsee (talk) 09:55, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. We retain a history of every old version of the article. Few people look at the old versions, but technically it is publicly readable. I had the defamatory edits deleted from that history.
