There doesn't seem to be any information on this person other than a filmography. Whether or not he meets the notability standards by Wikipedia's policy is debatable. Wikipedia:Notability (people): "Has had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions." Debatable. I say not notable.
