Hi Sarah, not sure re this - it is a park, and maybe a rural townland, but how does it link to Towns & Villages? SeoR (talk) 08:51, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No idea! I didn't categorise it or add it to the list. I just updated the category name from "list of towns" to "list of towns and villages". Never actually heard of this place. Sarah777 (talk) 09:47, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
(Answering original point) Sorry, saw many such maintenance changes, missed that this was another. Keep up the good work! Anyway, deleting that section, as it belongs in a different class then. SeoR (talk) 19:39, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's a Coillte "recreation site", see [1], part of an old estate, located near Dunmore Caves between Kilkenny city & Castlecomber. Good picnic site if you're in the area. However, it's neither a "town" or "village". Suckindiesel (talk) 12:09, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think it should be renamed to just Jenkinstown. Mrchris (talk) 10:05, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No, "Jenkinstown" is the name of the townland, whereas the article is about the local park. Suckindiesel (talk) 12:58, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The article could be about the townland and include information about the park, forest, deers, house etc Mrchris (talk) 13:15, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
How about Jenkinstown Wood. Mrchris (talk) 13:10, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well it's called "Jenkinstown Park", see[2]. Suckindiesel (talk) 14:54, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cafe

[edit]

I never did find the cafe, doubt if it exists, may not have been built. Suckindiesel (talk) 14:56, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And acting on this too. SeoR (talk) 19:39, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
