We need a better picture

[edit]

That picture obscured way too much of Tambor's face. He looks more like Dr. Phil. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.187.76.236 (talk) 08:39, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hill Street Blues

[edit]

there is no mention of his roll in GET WELL SOON, film made with Vincent Gallo t There is no mention of his long-running character on the show == —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.85.129.218 (talk) 19:43, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Remove awards section

[edit]

The "Awards" section seems to not flow. His several award nominations are addressed in the "Career" section with each roll. I think that's enough, they don't need to be rehashed again in their own section. Gentgeen (talk) 09:55, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Leisure Suit Larry

[edit]

His cameo as Larry Laffer in Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust is ABSOLUTELY VITAL to include in his filmography section. I mean, it's not vital, but it would be nice. --— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:603:5180:2cc0:4c72:1770:3df1:a3dd (talkcontribs) 09:56, 30 November 2017

Tales from the crypt

[edit]

Is his appearance in a season 2 episode significant enough to appear in the article? List_of_Tales_from_the_Crypt_episodes#Season_2_.281990.29 AF1990 (talk) 20:16, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

SW reference

[edit]

is there any connection between Jeffrey Tambor and the fictional character Wat Tambor (from Star Wars)?

I know that Lucasfilm likes to refer to real people by using similar names and wondered while watching an interview with Jeffrey Tambor (other people: Nute Gunray based on Newt Gingrich, etc). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.132.95.32 (talk) 12:13, 15 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

La Cage aux Folles - Broadway 2011

[edit]

Nothing about his Broadway experience 2011? Should be, is part of his life. He left this show after 1 week!

Scientology

[edit]

@Bob3458: What part of "studied Scientology for a while" and "I am no longer a Scientologist" makes you think Category:American former Scientologists isn't appropriate for this article? [1] [2] Grorp (talk) 05:38, 31 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Roper's before Three's Company?

[edit]

This info shows that the Ropers were a TV show before Three's Company. The Ropers was a "spin off" from Three's Company. Also, this info shows Tambor was an actor on Three's company as three different characters, however, he was also the real estate agent/neighbor on Three's Company. Am I missing something?
