Jean Boutière similar article from ro.wikipedia.org need interlingual here. Jean Boutière was a real person and writer. Teacher of French in Oradea, Jean Boutiere learnt Romanian and he did numerous travels in order to discover our country, our traditions and customs. The theme of his doctoral thesis and book was “Life and Work of Ion Creangă”, having as scientific adviser Professor Mario Roques. In order to achieve his task he contacts great writers, like G.T.Kirileanu, Artur Gorovei, D.Furtuna, G. Ibraileanu, with whom he maintains a close correspondence relationship, the latter providing him with numerous documents and records about well known Ion Creanga.
