Page protection
[edit]This biography has been subject to WP:POV editing by IP editors over a long period, sometimes to add advocacy material to present the subject more positively, other times to add unsubstantiated allegations. I am therefore going to propose semi-protection on edits to the article. AllyD (talk) 14:48, 20 June 2017 (UTC)
legal struggles
[edit]That could have been a bit fast, since Mr. Bastos de Morais seems to confirm these things more or less in this interview. And on the other hand the beginning of the article reads a bit like an advertising. --Itu (talk) 19:50, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
- @Itu: I can't read that because I only speak English, but per WP:BLP, we need very strong sources to include information about a conviction in the article. I'll look at making the rest of the article more neutral-sounding. ~ Rob13Talk 20:01, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
- Actually, the real question is whether this guy is notable. Lots of primary sources... ~ Rob13Talk 20:06, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
- I would not doubt notability and there are notable sources, too. --Itu (talk) 20:27, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
