The Fast Show
[edit]The "Jazz Club" sketches in The Fast Show are clearly an affectionate parody of Jazz 625. Should this be mentioned? If nothing else, it shows that J625 had sufficient impact on British culture that it could be used as a basis of comedy over 30 years after transmission. --Ef80 (talk) 18:05, 26 September 2016 (UTC)
- Not unless you have a good source, I think. It seems Thomson's "Louis Balfour" may be more of a parody of dear old "Whispering" Bob: [1]. Martinevans123 (talk) 18:27, 26 September 2016 (UTC)
