Contentious material about trolling

[edit]

I've reverted the section about trolling [1]. All sources are unreliable/poorly reliable. Please provide high-quality references - not articles that compile a stream of Tweets - and gain consensus for the WP:BLP contentious material. cc all involved @Okbhaiya @Aaindia 88 @Themodifie7 @The HeraldDaxServer (t · m · e · c) 18:40, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, how is FPJ and Asianet not reliable? (Their unreliablilty has never been addressed or discussed or proved anywhere). The section is about social media trolling and then of course they will include tweets about it. Per WP:NPOV, Wikipedia:NOTCENSORED and WP:BLP, these sections are well cited and notable and should be included in the article. Any removal, especially unexplained shows a WP:BLPCOI. I support the additon onto the article. The Herald (Benison) (talk) 03:25, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Like I said, please provide high-quality reference with credible by-lines - not a Twitter compilation tabliod-style articles from a "FPJ Web Desk". This is not about NOTCENSORED, but using horribly-poor sources to back severely contentious BLP content. See WP:BLPREMOVE. Tabloid-style articles - regardless of publication - are not reliable sources that we use, especially in a BLP article. This is not a gossip site, but an encyclopaedia.
Please reread WP:BLP - Contentious material about living persons (or, in some cases, recently deceased) that is unsourced or poorly sourced—whether the material is negative, positive, neutral, or just questionable—must be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion.DaxServer (t · m · e · c) 11:14, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly, social media trolling can't be included. Other every person has a header about social media trolling Themodifie7 (talk) 02:05, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
DNA and News18 are two known organization. The articles are reliable. The article also includes Dinda's post reply to the troll. Dinda's name is also with Dinda Academy trolling. This has to be included. The section was totally fair and included why he is trolled and how he countered the trolls. Okbhaiya (talk) 07:10, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
