Can anyone find the date he left office? It was presumably 2009, when the new administration came in, but I'm unable to confirm that. Clearly in was prior to May 6, 2009, when O'Toole's nomination was transmitted to the Senate, with the notation "vice Jay M. Cohen, resigned." ([1]). TJRC (talk) 21:14, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
