Material that reads like an advert or a promotion is inappropriate for an encyclopedia. Information needs to be verified. Tone must be neutral. Explain who this person is without puffing up their minor achievements. Mention a BBC programme that has got a Wiki article - yes. But don't put in a list of programmes from daytime TV that the reader is unlikely to have heard of. Don't list loads of magazines and books. We are not here to convince people that Jasmine Birtles is interesting and has done stuff - the idea is to give, hard, realistic and factual information for anyone who might be interested who knowing who the person is. Repeating her own press releases is not the way to go - there's plenty of promotional material on the woman already on the web. This article should be about the hard facts behind the spin.
