Picture of the dreaming spires

[edit]

Is there a picture of these "dreaming spires" from the mound? I'd like to see them, and I'm not able to get there in person. Mr Ernie (talk) 15:34, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The view from the mound is now obstructed by trees. There may be some historic photos or paintings of the original view but I've not seen one yet. But here's a good photo of the spires from Boars Hill which was taken in 2009.
As and when I visit myself, I must take a drone to take a good panoramic shot. There's a video tour with some drone footage on YouTube but it seems too hazy to capture the view of the spires so well.
