Some article corrections.
[edit]Corrected main and secondary armament numbers and also the class of the ship and associated URL in the external links. The original armament listing stated the number of turrets and not guns. The main and secondary turrets were both twin mounts. The 25 mm AA armament listed is woefully short but I am not sure if this is meant to be "as built" or not and I am unsure of the number it was originally supposed to have. When sunk it had 61 barrels of mixed single, double and triple 25 mm mounts.[1] Traumatic (talk) 00:37, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
Rename?
[edit]Should this article be renamed to remove "Japanese cruiser" from the name?" RJFJR (talk) 17:45, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
USS Gambier Bay the only aircraft carrier sunk by gunfire?
[edit]HMS Glorious also was. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.139.57 (talk) 18:22, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
