Political Definition Problem

[edit]

First of all I want to add a note to the post below me. It is always problematic with "left, right" definitions. I don't like them. Traditionally Leftism is anti-authoritarian and rightism authoritarian but sadly it has come to encompass way to many issues. Still I think that based on various sources this party could be considered far right.

One thing I can't find any sources for is neo-liberal. What makes a party that wants more nationalism, more moralism in business, more taxes neo-liberal? The party seems to steer more towards some form of japanese traditionalist capitalism.

Please show sources for Neo Liberalism and the other definitions. Pleasse if possible translate the party program so I can read it to. 213.100.108.117 (talk) 20:42, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Far right?

[edit]

According to an article in the Guardian, the party leans to the far right.

So for now I'lll add that to the article, but if someone else could find more sources to support that assertion i'd be appreciated.Onthehook (talk) 17:34, 16 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Out of Place?

[edit]

The sentence "Hashimoto stated that wartime sex slaves are 'necessary'." in the intro seems out of place. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 114.167.238.147 (talk) 09:29, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
