User:Johnpacklambert, I don't yet see the notability. I'm trying to find out what her resume is to see if she published any books but there's nothing on the BYU website, and nothing in JSTOR (no reviews of her books; I know she published some articles, but maybe they're under her maiden name? I saw nothing)--so she might not pass WP:PROF. I don't think being a dean counts, so it'll have to come from the GNG. Drmies (talk) 14:07, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I was more thinking that being president of the International Family Nursing Association might help. Also being a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. I am not sure, but that at least sounds to me like it might meet academic notability prong 3. The first one seemed to me it might meet point 6. A look at the article on the American Academy of Nursing is not a definitive answer, but I think that might be a posiblity. Having written a book is in no way a minimum requirement to make an academic notable, it would apply in some fields as history where there who have not written books are rarely notable, but it is much rarer in hard science fields.John Pack Lambert (talk)
