Removed quotes to talk

None of these quotes are sourced, I searched for the G. Washington quote, and the only source I found was this wikipedia article.

I have rarely put an article up for deletion, but this maybe my first one. This article seems non-notable. RWV 17:00, 19 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
