Errors

[edit]

Two errors in links: David McCurdy link points to someone who can't be a collaborate with Spradley; the Dave McCurdy who collaborated with Spradley was/is a professor at Macalester. Taxonomy link points to biology version. Note to self to fix these when I have more time... Brainiac4 (talk) 16:52, 7 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deaf Like Me

While it's not mentioned in the main text (as of October 5, 2010), the list of references in this article correctly indicates that one of the books James Spradley authored is Deaf Like Me. Deaf Like Me is one of the most important books ever written about the experience of being deaf, as indicated by the largely unanimous acclaim with which it has been treated by members of the United States' deaf community itself.

I suggest that someone who is more knowledgable than I add a section to this article about Deaf Like Me.
