corrected employment

I (James Noble) am editing my own wikipedia page to correct one important detail: I left VUW in February 2022. I'm doing this so that the university is not dragged into to any controversy over a comment about my personal views that has been added to this page. personal political views

This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered.

Can wikipedia consider whether the recently added subsection on my personal political views is appropriate, and if it is not, delete it.

I note a section on my person political views has been added to the page. I don't dispute (or resile from) my comment as reported, however I don't consider it a neutral view of my opinions on that topic.

My notability is as a scientist and researcher: I don't consider my personal political views are relevant to my notability, such as it is. Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#People who are relatively unknown Jameskjx (talk) 22:50, 15 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the statement as it is sourced to a tweet from an unverified Twitter account, rather than a reliable source. This is potentially contentious with the Biographies of living persons policy, and have removed it without a better source being available. Spencer^T•C 04:59, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
