[edit]I don't believe the page is an orphan because I have linked the discussion of Curran's invention of the chairlift in that article to this biographical entry.
There are also links within the his page to other pages.
I'm not sure what the question on notability could be. Curran is an inductee to the ski hall of fame, and he has plaques dedicated to him at the Union Pacific Railroad Museum.
