This is outdated and trivial information. 86.23.109.101 (talk) 22:09, 17 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Someone with editing privileges ought to add recent James May book: Carbolics: A personal motoring disinfectant, November 2022. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.34.43.188 (talk) 01:14, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In the bibliography section, there is a book missing which was written by James May in I believe 2022. Carbolics - A Personal Motoring Disinfectant. It was published by Hudder and Stoughton - not sure if that’s spelled correctly, and the reference number is 9781399713702. And it’s an excellent book by the way, especially in audiobook form, read by Mr May himself. Thank you! 2604:2D80:6409:FF00:2967:9037:2F82:F081 (talk) 12:09, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Junior school

[edit]

It's quite a long way to travel to junior school in Caerleon from Bristol, so presumably his father and the family relocated to Caerleon because of his job (possibly for Alcan at Rogerstone)? Martinevans123 (talk) 22:50, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"Following the first season of the show's relaunch in 2002, Clarkson managed to convince Andrew Wilman to rehire him to replace Jason Dawe."

This implies that it was Clarkson's decision to sack Jason Dawe, but there is no evidence of this in the Youtube link or elsewhere.

"Following the first season of the show's relaunch in 2002, Clarkson managed to convince Andrew Wilman to rehire him as Jason Dawe's replacement."

This provides the same information, but removes the implication that Clarkson had a hand in Dawe's dismissal. Blahmid (talk) 08:16, 24 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
