May have passed away in 1987[edit]

I found a James E. O'Neill (1929-1987) in the LC authority file who was National Archives asst. archivist for presidential libraries; could be the same person; I will do more research.--FeanorStar7 (talk) 01:08, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
