Coatrack for Dick Bequest ?
[edit]Most of this article reads as a coatrack for the Dick Bequest, a worthy subject for an article. Perhaps the article should simply be renamed; otherwise, we could move the Bequest part to a new article, which would leave a bare stub for the man. What do people think?
