  • Sure, they would put the congressman in the back row while other congressmen would be on the front row. The group picture was used in other 9 congressmen articles. Why the official photo would list the names in this order? The most important part of his long career was as a representative, but nothing is written on it. Not sure what the point is. The caption does not give Left-to-Rights, and it (as I remember) does not give the name of the military officer at all. Without knowing exactly which person is Mr. Corman, I am sure you will agree that the photo should not be used.
