February 2019. Notability

[edit]

The subject has received much significant press coverage in his native Denmark, including the following which appear to be reliable sources to count toward the general notability guideline.

  • A 55-minute documentary by Danish TV channel DR2 on the FIRE movement in Denmark where Fisker is credited as one of the movement's founders and is featured extensively throughout.[1]
  • An article by the Danish personal finance magazine Penge og Privatøkonomi where Fisker and his philosophy are the focus of the entire article (starts on page 80).[2]
  • An article by the Danish newspaper Berlingske where Fisker receives significant coverage.[3]
  • Another article by the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten where Fisker receives significant coverage.[4]

The following English-language sources appear to be reliable:

  • An article in the Malaysian finance newspaper The Edge, which includes significant coverage of Fisker.[5]
  • An online article by PBS Next Avenue, which contains nontrivial coverage of Fisker.[6]
  • (work in progress)

Fisker also has a fair number of minor mentions in mainstream media (reliable but not significant) and is also mentioned extensively in FIRE blogs and podcasts on the internet (significant but not reliable). FishTheFish (talk) 11:27, 13 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
