Redirect proposal

It appears that this individual is only really notable for being the defendant in Astley v. Verdun. Even the book he wrote is really in relation to the background of that case. I think WP:BLP1E applies here, and I am therefore proposing this article be redirected to Astley v. Verdun. Singularity42 (talk) 18:11, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree, he is notable for a lot more than this court case, but it is not easy to find references since most ten year-old Canadian ("notable") content on the web is long gone. I am working on it as mucn as I can, but haven't had a chance to flush it all out, and I am getting little help from others, so far at least.
