JQ1 is not a selective inhibitor of BRDT. The citation for this statement (Filippakopoulos et al. 2010) is an article that discusses JQ1's inhibition of BET bromodomains, which Brd2, Brd3, Brd4, and BRDT all have. JQ1 inhibits all of these and so far no specific inhibitor has been developed. Overall, this page focuses too heavily on the contraceptive potential of JQ1 to the point of erroneously citing an article. Agreed with above post, have addressed
(1) JQ1 now clearly listed as inhibitor of all BET proteins
(2) contraceptive potential now lumped with "other applications" rather than being a major focus of article
