In my humble opinion this page is neither unambiguously promotional nor it is an unambiguous advertising. Iwona Blecharczyk has been working as a lorry driver for some ten years. It is a blue collar job, yet she was named as a role model for the youth. Is is stated in the lead section of the article. She is a role model and not a person from an advert. The word Shero stands for the pronoun she and the noun hero. Mattel does not market and does not sell such dolls in large numbers: the company makes just one 11-inch doll for the nominee. The wikipedia article has been referenced from independent sources not linked to Mattel and (this should be stressed) from the sources coming from many countries and from the texts written not only in English (let me name German and French as a few). The article is not a collection of promotional links (there is just one link in the External links section) and it is written from a neutral viewpoint, what is suggested in the wikipedia guidelines, let me quote: Note: Any article that describes its subject from a neutral point of view does not qualify for this criterion'. --Kggucwa (talk) 12:47, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
