Pronounce YOU-EN MINCE-STIR
[edit]88.144.41.239 (talk) 14:26, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- I think the pronounciation as currently described is OK (i.e. it's YOU-ERN - which is indeed how I heard a native speak it - rather than YOU-EN). And it probably isn't necessary to tell people how to pronounce 'Minster'. PaleCloudedWhite (talk) 15:24, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- Nobody would ever pronounce the second part as "MINCE-STIR". It sounds like a step in a recipe for spaghetti bolognaise. Martinevans123 (talk) 15:38, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- ...or Julian Clary causing trouble... PaleCloudedWhite (talk) 16:16, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
- ... or making a tasty burger perhaps? Martinevans123 (talk) 17:22, 20 September 2016 (UTC) </smal>
