I think there has been a good faith effort to reword this article and provide in line citations so that it's not simply a copy-paste of IPF's "About" section, but many if not most of the paragraphs here are still virtually identical. This brings up copyright and plagiarism concerns. Somehow it needs to be rewritten, but I'm ignorant of the organization, so I don't think I could do it.
