There's an entry for this in cancerweb's medical dictionary. It sounds real. http://cancerweb.ncl.ac.uk/cgi-bin/omd?query=iridocyclitis&action=Search+OMD Ace of Sevens 10:55, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Could Deleterious please comment as to why s/he believes this article might be a hoax? I see no basis for the claim in the absence of something more specific than a tag. Waitak 13:34, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This disease is mentioned in our course about lyme disease. I see no reason to beleve the article would be a hoax. DolceVita 16:14, 2 june 2006 (GMT+1-Brussels)

Iridocyclitis seems to be a specific form of uveitis, based on the structures that are inflamed http://www.emedicine.com/EMERG/topic284.htm and the article should only refer to those aspects that are specific to iridocyclitis KenBushwalker 10:24, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to Uveitis

[edit]

Iridocyclitis, iritis, cyclitis are all other names for uveitis and because the page uveitis is more comprehensive (and includes this page) and I redirected this page to the page uveitis.Kiatdd (talk) 00:09, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

-the classification of uveitis is based on SUN terminology since 2005, see the abstract and description. Kiatdd (talk) 03:01, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
