Notability concern

There currently aren't any sources cited that are independent of the subject that actually support the claim that OII Russia's advocacy work led to the Russian government considering the adoption of a recommendation pertaining to the rights of intersex people. In the absence of independent, reliable sources confirming OII's contributions or otherwise providing significant coverage of the subject, I would suggest merging this article into Organization Intersex International until more information about OII Russia can be reliably sourced.
