[edit]This was a very historic meeting, starting from the TCP/IP Interoperability workshops in Monterey California around 1987. (Explain the name) Founded by Dan Lynch and then sold to NetWorld (the Novell conference) as I recall. Should be sources in the early trade publications when someone has the time.
